SPIM’s Story
Sister Pour Into Me was created from a place of understanding. There are seasons in life when women begin to ask deeper questions about who they are, where they are going, and what their next steps should be.
These moments do not always come from one situation. Sometimes it is a career shift. Sometimes it is personal loss, burnout, stepping into something new, or facing unexpected challenges. Even the most capable women can find themselves in a space where they are trying to make sense of what comes next.
In those moments, encouragement alone is not enough. What is often needed is space. Space to pause, to think clearly, to be honest, and to reconnect with what feels true. There is also a need for guidance that is both practical and grounded, not overwhelming or surface-level.
Sister Pour Into Me was created to provide those spaces.
Through intentional experiences, leadership conversations, and community-centered gatherings, the organization creates environments where women can reconnect with their God-given identity, find direction, and begin to move forward with intention.
As women grow in who they are and how they lead, the impact does not stop with them. It shows up in their families, in the way they show up at work, in their communities, and in how they influence the next generation.
This work is about more than a moment. It is about creating lasting change that carries forward.

The Founder
Lenora Lassiter
Sister Pour Into Me was founded by Lenora Lassiter, a faith-centered leader, speaker, and leadership development consultant with a deep commitment to empowering women through transformation, personal growth, and intentional leadership.
Her vision for Sister Pour Into Me was to create more than a series of events. She set out to build meaningful experiences and transformational spaces where women could pause, reflect, reconnect with their identity, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Through Sister Pour Into Me, Lenora continues to develop impactful experiences that encourage women to lead authentically, grow intentionally, and embrace the impact they were created to make within their families, communities, businesses, and beyond.
