Sister Pour Into Me

Business Description
Vendor Assistant
Please note that the vendor fee includes admission for one vendor only. Any additional assistants must purchase a ticket to attend the event.
Agreement & Terms
Sister Pour Into Me Vendor Agreement

Vendor participation is limited and curated to align with the mission and atmosphere of Sister Pour Into Me. All vendor applications are reviewed and approved prior to participation.

Vendor Fee:
The vendor participation is a non-refundable fee of $300. This fee includes:
• One vendor table
• One black tablecloth
• One chair
• Admission for one vendor representative
Additional assistants must purchase an event ticket if they wish to attend and assist at the vendor table.

Vendor Setup:
Vendors will receive setup instructions and arrival times prior to the event. Vendors are responsible for arriving during the designated setup window and ensuring their display is ready before the event begins.

Vendor Conduct:
Vendors are expected to maintain a professional and respectful presence throughout the event. Products and services should align with the values and mission of Sister Pour Into Me. Sister Pour Into Me reserves the right to remove vendors whose products or conduct are not consistent with the experience being created.

Sales and Payments:
Vendors are responsible for handling their own sales transactions and payment systems. Sister Pour Into Me will not process sales on behalf of vendors.

Liability:
Vendors are responsible for their own materials, products, and equipment during the event. Sister Pour Into Me is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
